Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click the "Get Started" button on the top right of the page. Fill in your full name, email address, and choose a password. You can select your role as either an attendee or an organizer. Once registered, you can immediately start browsing and booking events.

What is the difference between an attendee and an organizer account?

Attendees can browse events, purchase tickets, and manage their bookings. Organizers can do everything attendees can, plus create and manage their own events, track ticket sales, and access event analytics.

Is EventHub free to use?

Creating an account and browsing events is completely free. You only pay when you purchase tickets for events. Organizers can create events at no cost -- there are no platform fees for listing events.

Tickets & Booking

How do I purchase tickets?

Navigate to any event page and click "Buy Tickets." Select the number of tickets you want and complete the checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with your tickets attached as a PDF.

Where can I find my tickets after purchasing?

Go to "My Tickets" in the navigation bar to view all your purchased tickets. From there you can view ticket details, download PDF copies, and see QR codes for event entry.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Please contact the event organizer directly or reach out to us through our Contact Us page for assistance with refund requests.

How do I use my QR code ticket at the event?

Each ticket comes with a unique QR code. Simply show the QR code on your phone screen or printed ticket at the event entrance. The organizer will scan it to verify your ticket. No need to print anything -- your phone is your ticket!

For Organizers

How do I create an event?

Make sure you have an organizer account, then click "Create Event" in the navigation bar. Fill in the event details including title, description, date, location, ticket price, and capacity. You can also upload a cover image to make your event stand out.

Can I edit my event after publishing it?

Yes! Navigate to your event page and click the "Edit" button. You can update the title, description, date, location, pricing, and image at any time. Existing ticket holders will not be affected by changes to event details.

How do I validate tickets at my event?

Each ticket has a unique QR code. At your event, use any QR code scanner app on your phone to scan attendee tickets. The platform will verify whether the ticket is valid and has not already been used.

Account & Settings

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and click "Forgot your password?" Enter your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password. The link expires after one hour for security purposes.

Can I change my email address?

To change your email address, please contact our support team through the Contact Us page. For security reasons, email changes require verification from our team.

How is my personal data protected?

We take your privacy seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal information to third parties. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
