Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using EventHub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
3. Event Creation
Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, including date, time, location, and pricing. EventHub is not responsible for any disputes between event organizers and attendees.
4. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are final unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. EventHub charges a service fee on each transaction.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to:
- Create fraudulent events or listings
- Resell tickets at inflated prices without authorization
- Use the platform to distribute spam or malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
6. Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EventHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
EventHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
